Karl is able to see clients as a Licensed Professional Counselor (licensed in Texas) for those who reside in Texas. For those living outside Texas, he offers counseling as pastoral counselor (being an ordained minister). Those outside Texas would receive services as marriage coaching or marriage consulting. This allows those outside Texas and outside the United States to attend the marriage clinics or individual pastoral counseling.
